Change in the Market Place


 Today's panel discusses the latest trends of our market.  In some areas it has slowed down tremendously. Showings are less frequent.  Multiple offers have gone from 20 to maybe 2, or nonexistent. Houses are taking a little longer to sell.

What is the cause of the trend?

  • Covid Restrictions
  • Buyer Fatigue
