The property sold for WHAT?
 
I am pretty sure that this has been said by most: "the market is just crazy"  Truth be told this is the first time our province has experienced such an upheaval. Having said that 2012, showed us a glimpse of how crazy times can get.
 
Today I interviewed 3 industry members to get their take on our current market.
