Frustrated with our sellers market?  Tired of not winning?  Wondering what it will take to secure a home in our market?  
I can honestly say that is the sediment of most buyers in Halifax.  Imagine, seeing the home of your dreams.  There are 55 showings.  31 offers.  You know that you have to place your best foot forward.  However, what exactly is that?
 
Today I interviewed Jeremy Cowan of Exit Metro and Richard Payne of EXP. We review what we look for when accepting offers from buyers.  Although price is an important component, it is always not the reason why we would suggest to our sellers that they should select another offer.
