Are we still the friendly province? Our commercials certainly tell the tale that we are. However, as of April 01, 2022, we proudly state that we are not. Thank you to all of those who purchased locally our beautiful summer homes, here is a new tax bill.

Today I am interviewing Ian Angus of Royal Lepage Atlantic and Leanne Myles of the Clinton Wilkins Mortgage Team.  The talk on the street is that people should not purchase any types of homes only if necessary. Rates have gone through the roof and home prices keep increasing.  Some state that we are headed for a recession.  Are these the thoughts of all local industry members?
